    We offer OEM and ODM service. We take in about 10 to 30 custom designed products monthly. Normally we are able to finalize the prototype in 30 days after we get the full requirements. Make an initial order for our led Panel Light, led Spotlight, LED Bulbs, LED Ceiling Light, LED Tube Light, led Ceiling Light, LED Strip Light, and LED Neon Light over US$100,000per order.

    Requirements Initial order
    New distributor must Make an initial order of (at least) our most sold items for his own storage. Initial order is expected to be US$10,000.00~US$20,000.00 for LED indoor lighting fixture(led Panel Light, LED Spotlight, LED Bulbs, LED Ceiling Light, LED Tube Light and LED Strip Light), US$5,000.00~US$10,000.00 for Outdoor Lighting fixture(LED Wall Washer, LED Neon Flex and led Landscape Light). Distributor can distribute all or any of our main categories. Minimum orderMin. Order for a distributor is US$ 2,000.00 per order and all items must be ordered in quantities of standard packaging’s .Good English command. We need to communicate efficiently with our distributors, so we require good written English command.

    Distributor gets additional 10% discount. For example distributor orders US$10,000.00 in basic prices which is US$1,000.00 after normal discount minus 5~10% discount . So the distributor pays US$9,000.00 ~ 9500.00USD only.

    As you are our distributor, any customer asking for easeking LED Lighting Fixture will be introduced to our distributor in advance. And lot of customers even with larger orders still prefer to order from distributor from their country.

  • Order Information

    If you have found what you are looking for, you can order by email or by fax. At the moment, we only accept these two ways as the official order forms.

    Order standard parts
    Here standard parts mean the products we show on our printed or electronic catalogs with our own part numbers. When you order, to list our product model numbers are preferred. If you don’t know our model numbers, please give us short descriptions of product you want to purchase. The useful information includes product shape, size, LED quantity, color, etc. After our sales team accept your order request, usually they will work out the proforma invoice for your confirmation. The proforma invoice (P/I) has all the necessary dealing and delivery and our banking information. If customers confirm the P/I, he confirms the order in the meantime. We will immediately arrange the production.

    Custom design and production
    To meet various applications, customers often have modification requirements on our standard production, or ask us to work out new products with their schematic, drawing, graphics or real samples. After we receive these materials we usually have the time of 3 to 7 working days to evaluate the possibility of production. We will let customers know the evaluation result. If it is valid we will work out the quote and P/I as per customers’ requirements. For custom products we will charge customers R&D cost and possibly new tooling cost. The new tooling cost will be refunded to the customer if the coming order volume reaches our requested amount.

  • Payment

    We only accept 3 payment ways. One is T/T (telegraphic transfer or wire transfer), Western Union Transfer And MoneyGram Transfer.
    Payment is transfered and received before shipment.

    T/T or Wire Transfer
    Our bank takes about 1 to 7 days to receive payment from the different regions worldwide. Customers please fill in the money transfer application forms exactly with the banking information we provide, especially the account number and beneficiary name. Even with the minor spelling name of the beneficiary or account number, the money will be rejected by the bank. If the money is rejected by our bank, customers need to ask your transferring bank to send cable correction message to our bank within 15 days, otherwise the money will be returned after 15 days.

    Western Union
    This is the fastest way to transfer money. We can receive money in several minutes if customers wire the money successfully. It is also an easy transfer & receiving way of money. After customers wire the money, please let us know the Money Transfer Control Numbers, sender’s full name and the exact amount you send.

    This is another fastest way to transfer money. We can receive money in several minutes if customers wire the money successfully. It is also an easy transfer & receiving way of money.   • Shipping & Warranty

    Shipping
    EX Works That means customers will take care of the delivery after the ordered products are available. Customers tell us the valid courier account number before shipment, so we can ask the courier to collect the goods. Customers can also arrange couriers, forwarders and shipping agents to collect the orders at our warehouse, after we notify it is ready. If under Ex Works term, customers need us to send goods, we will charge the necessary fee into the proforma invoice. For a declared value over $835 for a delivery, we will levy customers the customs handling charge $100 a lot. FOB Works That means customers will take care of the dlivery after the ordered products are available. Customers tell us the valid courier account number before shipment, so we can ask the freight company or customers’ freight agent to collect the goods. If under FOB Works term, Customers need us to send goods, we will charge the necessary fee into the proforma invoice.

    Warranty
    We provide a level of service and support that consistently exceed our customer expectations. Please read our “Warranty Policy” as follows :
    This warranty statement is valid for All LED lights (include LED tube light, LED panel light, LED light bulb, LED spotlight, LED Neon Light, LED Strip Light, LED Wall Washer And more) manufactured by Easeking Technology Limited (Easeking).
    Easeking product has a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment from Easeking factory, product failure within this period which are related to defective material and/or workmanship will be repaired or completely replaced free of charge to customer.
    Excluded from warranty claims is the normal degradation of LED light output over time. Damage of the products through inappropriate or negligent handling can not be claimed under warranty conditions. Freight, handling, insurance charges for sending defective products back to Easeking must be paid by customers, while freight, handling, insurance charges for sending the repaired/replaced product back to customer will be paid by Easeking.
    Products sending back request must be confirmed by Easeking before shipment, customer must prepare corresponding documents (for China custom clear use) under Easeking guidance. Easeking has the right to reject any unconfirmed product-return.
    Easeking will not be liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages to any nature, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the fullest extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.
